*SAS 70 Compliance
Our organization is SAS 70 compliant. The SAS 70 is generally applicable when an entity obtains services from another organization. The SAS 70 examination signifies that a service organization has had its control objectives and control activities examined by an independent accounting and auditing firm. We have the SAS 70 Type II audit performed for our organization each and every year.
*HIPAA Compliance
Our organization is HIPAA compliant and has been for several years. All software is HIPAA compliant and we follow the letter of the law for all HIPAA regulations.
