At SHN, our system maintains eligibility records as well as billing records for all members and dependents electronically based on each individual member as well as each individual family member separately.
- Plan Sponsors can provide enrollment information in electronic or paper format
- Plan Sponsors can make their own changes to the eligibility on a daily basis either through a modem hook-up to the system or through the internet.
- All changes are processed within 24 hours of receipt.
- Death Audits Performed Twice a year
- Dependent Audit Performed Quarterly
- Invoicing from Providers reconciled electronically saving your organization time and money
