OUR APPROACH 
Solidarity Health Network utilizes an account management strategy with a team led by an Account Manager. Most teams will include at least one dedicated Customer Service Representative, a Claims Specialist, and a Reporting Specialist. This team sets the framework for excellent customer service and client care. With each member knowing the plan intimately, the highest level of customer satisfaction can be attained.
